GRAVITATIONAL PULL by Scott C. Kaestner

eat a shroom 
smoke a joint
sing a song
read a poem
try to think
differently today
than yesterday 
evolve or
deconstruct 
not sure which
one day
to the next
earth is rotating 
so just don’t 
get used to
the same ole
same ole or
risk becoming 
a dinosaur
and extinction is
no laughing matter.
