Piss by Dan Provost

His wife left him
an hour ago, He
was telling me his
sad tale while we
we’re taking a piss in
some seedy men’s room
dive bar…

I had a gun in my pocket,
ready to end it all…
But after talking to him…
Maybe…






 Dan Provost has been published throughout the small press for many years.  He is the author of nine books and lives in Berlin, New Hampshire with his wife Laura.
